Cancellation Policy
Music Studio Policy 1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable. To accommodate this, our studio allows for cancellations and rescheduling provided that you notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled lesson. This ensures that we can manage our time effectively and offer your slot to another student if necessary. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the lesson may result in a forfeited lesson fee. 2. Lesson Preparedness: To ensure a productive and enjoyable learning experience, students are required to come prepared for each lesson with the following items: - Manuscript paper - A pencil - Their instrument - Any assignments (for middle school or high school students) - Band music - Method book - Any music previously provided by the instructor 3. Attitude and Engagement: A positive attitude is essential for a successful learning experience. Students are expected to come to lessons with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Respect for the instructor and fellow students is paramount. 4. Practice Recommendations: Regular practice is crucial for progress and improvement in music. We strongly recommend that students practice at least 1 hour per week. This practice time can be broken down into smaller, more manageable sessions to fit individual schedules. By adhering to these guidelines, students will be well-prepared for their lessons and able to make the most of their time in the studio.
